Legitimate Forge - West Palm Beach, FL - Full-time
We build custom gates, railings, stairs, and one-off metalwork for homes and businesses across South Florida.
What you will do
Cut, fit, and weld steel, aluminum, and brass from drawings and sketches
MIG and TIG weld
Grind, clean, and prep/paint pieces for finish
Build gates, railings, and custom pieces start to finish
Help with job site installs when needed
What you need
1-2 years of welding experience (MIG required, TIG a plus)
Ability to read a tape measure and a basic shop drawing
Your own hand tools
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in Florida heat
Show up on time, every time
Be able to speak English fluently
Have a professional demeanor and a good work ethic
Be organized, attention to detail, strong team player
Self-starter with a willingness to take the initiative
Bonus points
Ornamental iron or stainless experience
Polishing or finishing experience
Forklift experience
