Join a rapidly growing manufacturer with a strong backlog of work, excellent job stability, and real opportunities for advancement.We're seeking experienced welders who take pride in quality craftsmanship and want to be part of a team that's investing in its people and future growth.What You'll Be DoingAs a welder, you'll work from engineering drawings and customer specifications to fabricate, assemble, and weld custom bases and enclosures used in highly specialized manufacturing applications.Responsibilities include:Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.Gather materials and prepare components for assembly and welding.Perform MIG welding on structural steel, sheet metal, and fabricated assemblies.Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.Install components such as: structural steel, brackets and hinges, doors and insulation, Z-bars and lift lugs, flat and formed sheet metal.Use cutting, grinding, and finishing tools to complete assemblies.Inspect welds and finished products for quality and accuracy.Repair or rework products as needed to meet customer specifications.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.What We're Looking ForRequired SkillsMIG welding experience.Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.Experience working with structural steel and metal fabrication.Proficiency using grinders, hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.Strong understanding of measurements, fractions, and basic shop math.Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Preferred QualificationsPrevious manufacturing or fabrication shop experience.Forklift experience.Experience with metal finishing, grinding, and assembly work.Why You'll Want This JobDirect hire position with the client companyCompetitive pay: $24-$28/hour based on experienceWeekly payMultiple shifts availableStrong job security with work booked well into the futureGrowing company with advancement opportunitiesModern manufacturing environmentCulture focused on teamwork, safety, and employee developmentOpportunity to build a long-term career, not just a jobWho Will Be Successful Here?This role is a great fit for someone who:Enjoys hands-on fabrication and welding work.Takes pride in producing quality products.Can read blueprints and work with minimal supervision.Wants a stable employer with long-term growth opportunities.Is looking for a direct hire position where their skills will be recognized and rewarded.Job Type & LocationThis is a permanent position based out of Tea, SD.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $ - $ /yr.
