Join us in shaping the future of industrial and hydraulic solutions!Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Welder to support our hose fabrication and assembly operations. This role is responsible for welding metal components used in hose assemblies and related fittings, ensuring durability, precision, and compliance with customer specifications. The ideal candidate has experience working with small components, understands hydraulic systems, and thrives in a production-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform TIG welding of stainless steel components, hose fittings, couplings, and related componentsFabricate and assemble metal parts used in hydraulic and industrial hose applicationsRead and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specificationsEnsure all welds meet quality and safety standardsInspect finished products for accuracy, strength, and defectsOperate welding equipment and maintain tools in good working conditionCollaborate with production, assembly, and quality teams to meet deadlinesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelinesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred2+ years of welding experience, preferably in a manufacturing or hose/industrial environmentCertification and experience with TIG welding, especially on small or detailed componentsAbility to read blueprints and use measuring tools accuratelyStrong attention to detail and quality workmanshipBasic understanding of hydraulic hose systems and fittings is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsExperience with hydraulic hose fabrication or industrial distribution environmentsFamiliarity with crimping, assembly, or pressure testing of hosesAWS certificationWork EnvironmentWarehouse or manufacturing setting with exposure to heat, noise, and fumesUse of personal protective equipment (PPE) requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsFrequent standing, bending, and repetitive hand movementsGood manual dexterity and hand-eye coordinationEchelon Supply and Service provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.
