Job Summary
Are you tired of sitting at home melting cheese on nachos when you could be melting steel? K&S Staffing Solutions is IMMEDIATELY looking for reliable, teachable, hands-on humans to join a real welding crew in Pensacola, FL.
This is your chance to learn from the pros, grow your skills, and actually get paid while doing it. Not bad, right?
What We're Looking For (a.k.a. “You Might Be Our Next Hire If…”):
You've got 6 months–2 years of welding or iron work experience — or you're fresh out of welding school and ready to spark things up??
You can read blueprints and schematics without crying.
You know your way around hand tools, power tools, and maybe even a press brake machine.
Math doesn't scare you (at least not when it comes to measurements).
You can lift 50+ lbs. and work outside — rain or shine, no divas allowed
You can show up on time (we promise that alarms do work).
You have reliable transportation — “My cousin's scooter” doesn't count
You can pass a drug screening and follow instructions without rolling your eyes.
You've got a go-getter attitude and knew how to work as part of a team.
Bonus Skills, That'll Make You Look Extra Cool:
Familiarity with MIG, TIG, or Stick welding (SMAW/FCAW-S).
Experience with construction sites.
Willingness to learn everything from fabrication to ductwork.
