Job ResponsibilitiesFollow all company safety rules and ensure a safe work environmentCommunicate professionally and effectively to peers, line leaders, supervisory staff, QC and managementResponsible to ensure quality of all welded parts and processesMust have the ability to wire weld .035 &.045 wireAble to read various measuring devicesAble to read and understand blue prints and diagramsMust be able to use various hand toolsMust be able to remember and follow simple procedures such as scrap tickets, reject tags and MI changePhysical RequirementsStanding is a continuous daily job requirement; 10+ hours a dayLifting 20-50 lbs. is continuousLifting over 50 lbs. is occasional and requires the use of a hoistPushing, pulling, twisting, squatting and stooping is a continuous daily requirementReaching, grasping and repetitive movement is a continuous daily requirementRequired to wear weld helmet, safety glasses, ear plugs, weld jacket, sleeves, gloves, steel toe shoesRepetitively work overhead using a heavy weld whipEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
