WelderDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring welder workers for a manufacturing/fabrication company in Mankato, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality fabricated products while working with an experienced team in a growing company. If you enjoy hands-on work, welding, and working in a production environment, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!Perform TIG welding assignments according to project specificationsWork with the area lead to complete jobs and meet production timelinesReview and understand welding and fabrication project requirementsEnsure department standards and production schedules are maintainedConduct quality assurance inspections throughout the welding processFollow established safety, quality, and operating proceduresTIG welding experience is required2+ years of experience in a fabrication environmentExperience with drilling, welding, and using various hand toolsAbility to use measuring instruments such as tape measures and combination squaresAbility to lift up to 50 pounds frequently with or without reasonable accommodationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety practicesD1 certification preferredEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
