Job description
Job TitlePay Rate: $23 per hourHours: Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PMResponsibilitiesPerform routine hand-welding or robotic welding on both repetitive and non-repetitive assemblies.De-burr, grind, and fit components prior to welding.Grind and polish finished elements as required.Block jig or position parts prior to welding.Assist other operators in their work as directed or required.RequirementsAbility to perform work from manufacturing information, bills of material, and written or oral instructions.Utilize manufacturing information to determine necessary parts, inventory, and jigs/fixtures.Obtain materials from stock areas.Complete necessary preparation work such as wiping, degreasing, de-burring, or grinding of components.Pick up and place scrap in appropriate containers, with documentation or record-keeping as required.Operate spot welders, arc welders, plasma TIG welder, MIG welder, and cutting equipment.
