Welder – Direct HireNow hiring for a welder in Wrightsville, PA. Pay rate is $20.00 – $25.00 per hour for a weekend shift Monday – Thursday from 5 AM – 3 PM. This opportunity lets you apply your craftsmanship to fabricate, join, and repair metal components while supporting safe, efficient manufacturing operations.If your skills and experience are a good match for this role, please apply today.Requirements:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.Welding certification or completion of a welding program preferred.1-3 years of welding and fabrication experience.Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.Basic math and geometry skills for measurements and layout work.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crouching.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.Job duties include:Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.Performing MIG and stick welding on complex assemblies in horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.Fabricating machine frames, structural components, fixtures, and jigs.Operating hand tools, cutting equipment, cranes, forklifts, and shop machinery safely and effectively.Inspecting work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.Benefits offered by our client include:Health, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) plan with company match.Paid time off (PTO).Incentive bonuses.About Us:At Staffmark, we connect hardworking people with great companies, creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.
