WelderAre you an experienced Welder looking for an opportunity to use your skills while helping build the future of clean energy?What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:4-day workweek – Monday through ThursdayFour 10-hour shifts90% company-paid employee benefitsVacation401(k) with company match and immediate vestingEquity incentive planAnd More!Welder Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 20.00 to $ 22.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 04:00am to 02:30pm)• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements• Set up, align, clamp, and prepare components for welding• Perform welding using manual or semi-automatic equipment• Weld in various positions, including vertical, horizontal, and overhead• Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy• Maintain welding equipment and a safe, organized work areaWelder Qualifications:Proven welding experienceExperience with various welding equipment and techniquesHigh school diploma or GEDProficient in EnglishAbility to work overtime, including weekdays and Saturdays, as neededApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employmentA conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
