Welder Position in Zelienople, PAExpress is seeking experienced welders for a company in Zelienople, PA! This position is ideal for individuals with MIG, TIG, and Flux Core experience who take pride in producing high-quality work and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.Schedule:1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMOR2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AMJob Responsibilities:Review drawings and welding specifications for each projectSet up welding machines and required equipmentWeld fabricated assemblies to required quality standardsPerform quality checks to ensure weld integrityFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area (5S principles)Identify opportunities for process improvements and waste reductionRequirements:Minimum 2 years of MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding experienceHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to read and interpret welding drawings and proceduresAbility to produce consistent, high-quality weldsAbility to pass AWS D1.1 welding qualifications (AWS D14.6 if applicable)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and wear required PPE including respiratorsStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnPay:Starting at $24.50/hrBenefits:Insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, and disability)401k with matchProfit sharingVacation payHoliday payTuition reimbursementQuarterly bonusesIf you're looking for a stable opportunity to grow your welding skills with a team focused on quality and continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply!
