Welders (MIG/Flux Core/Stick)Hours: Mon-Thurs 5am-3:30pmAbundant Solutions is hiring Welders for a manufacturing facility in Claremore specializing in structural steel components such as poles, beams, and large assemblies. This role involves production welding using MIG, flux core, or stick processes on thick steel materials.What You'll DoPerform MIG, flux core, or stick welding on structural steelWeld components such as poles, beams, and large fabricated partsRead and interpret blueprints and weld symbolsFollow weld procedures to ensure proper penetration and strengthUse grinders and other tools to clean and prep weldsInspect welds for quality and make repairs as neededWork with fitters and team members to complete assembliesMaintain a clean and safe work environmentWhat We're Looking ForPrevious welding experience (structural or production preferred)Ability to read a tape measure and blueprintsExperience with MIG, flux core, or stick weldingStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work in a fast-paced shop environmentReliable and ready to workPreferred QualificationsExperience welding thick structural steelAbility to pass a weld testExperience in a manufacturing or fabrication shopWhy Work With Abundant SolutionsWeekly payOvertime opportunitiesLong-term positions availableLocal team support throughout your assignment1231 W Will Rogers Blvd. Claremore, OK 74017
