Welder / FabricatorsExpress Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring Welder / Fabricators for a growing industrial manufacturing company in Arlington, WA. If you have experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, can read blueprints, and want to build a long-term career with a stable employer, we want to hear from you.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced welders looking for competitive pay, steady hours, and advancement opportunities. WABO-certified welders are highly encouraged to apply, though certification is not required.Pay & Schedule$25.00-$36.00 per hour, depending on experience / qualificationsTwo shifts available:Day shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (with OT every other Saturday)Swing shift: Monday - Thursday 2:30 p.m. - 1 a.m. (with OT every other Friday)Full-time, permanent positionWelder/Fabricator ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on structural and fabricated componentsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld specificationsLayout, punch, grind, drill, and fabricate materialsOperate fabrication equipment and industrial machineryMeasure materials accurately using a tape measurePerform basic math calculations related to fabrication and productionHandle materials and support production operationsMaintain a safe and organized work areaCross-train in additional manufacturing and production functions as neededWelder QualificationsMust have solid previous experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick weldingAbility to read and interpret blueprintsStrong mechanical aptitude and equipment operation skillsProficient with tape measure readings and basic shop mathAbility to lift, move, and handle materials in an industrial environmentStrong commitment to workplace safetyThis client value candidates with good longevity at previous jobs who are committed to a new role where the company will invest into them and help them grow for years to come.Preferred QualificationsCurrent WABO Welding Certification highly desiredStructural steel, fabrication, or heavy industrial welding experienceDon't have your WABO? Our client is willing to help qualified employees with welding experience to obtain WABO certification after hire.Work EnvironmentThis is a hands-on role in a heavy industrial manufacturing facility. Employees work around:Large fabrication equipmentOverhead cranesHeavy machinery and moving materialsIndoor and partially outdoor work areasFast-paced production operationsCandidates must be comfortable working in an industrial environment and following strict safety procedures.Hiring RequirementsPass a tape measure assessment prior to client interviewAbility to meet pre-employment hiring requirementsReliable transportation to Arlington, WA
