Production Level Welders WantedCEG, parent company to Erskine Attachments, is looking for production level welders!Job Summary:Perform a variety of duties as assigned including, but not limited to working as part of a team in materials, assembling, paint or welding areas. Production employees are assigned to tasks based on production needs and are expected to perform to high quality standards.Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short & Long Term Disability and 401k options. Lucrative PTO Schedule.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned):Understands and complies with safety trainingMaintains a neat and clean work areaAbility to cross train and perform multiple areasSafely positions and secures work-piece using hoistSafely operates forkliftExamines work-piece for defects and ensures conformance with specificationsUsing various hand tools to assemble component parts into finished products according to production manual specifications.Practices and supports continuous improvement within the company.Interacts well with other team members and also able to work independently.Education and/or Experience:A background in metal fabrication and manufacturingAbility to read and assemble parts according to production work instructionsProficient in the use of a variety of hand tools and hand-held power toolsStrong mechanical aptitudeSmart and exceptional organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple prioritiesCEG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
