WeldersA brand new fabrication facility in Frederick, MD is actively seeking TIG Welders to join their growing team. This an opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, creative shop working on high-end, custom metal projects.Key ResponsibilitiesFabricate and weld custom ornamental railings and fencesPerform layout, fit-up, welding, and finishing workRead and interpret blueprints and drawingsEnsure high-quality, clean, and polished finished productsWork collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficientlyRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in ornamental railing and fence fabricationStrong TIG welding skillsExperience working with mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steelAbility to read blueprints and perform custom layoutsHigh attention to detail and craftsmanshipPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift 50 lbs safely and repeatedlyComfortable standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods (8+ hours)Additional RequirementsHigh school diploma, GED, or vocational certification preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordReliable transportationAbility to obtain access to government job sites is a plusIncentives:$25–$35/hour (based on experience)4-day work week with overtime opportunitiesWeekly payPro-rated PTO available starting Day 1Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, and PTOSupportive, team-oriented environmentDiverse, custom projects (no repetitive assembly line work)
