Job description
Entry-Level Welding OperatorWe are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Welding Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating welding equipment, assembling metal components, and supporting manufacturing operations while maintaining safety and quality standards. Candidates must have prior welding experience and a willingness to continue developing their skills through company-provided training and certification programs after hire.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate welding machines and related equipment safely and efficientlyPerform MIG, TIG, spot welding, or other assigned welding processesRead and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedulesInspect welded parts for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specificationsLoad and unload materials and finished productsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all company safety policies and proceduresReport equipment issues or production concerns to supervisorsParticipate in required internal training and certification programsAssist team members and support continuous improvement effortsDesired ExperienceAbility to lead by example, coach and trainPrevious welding experience requiredManufacturing or production experience preferredAbility to read measuring tools, blueprints, and work instructionsBasic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detailWillingness to complete company-provided training and required welding certifications after hireStrong attendance, reliability, and teamwork skillsPay Rate: $22 - 26/hr.Our Company is proud to have a dynamic and inclusive workforce where employees are empowered to innovate, thrive and grow.
