Stick And Tig Welding Supervisors (Bilingual Spanish/English)You must have a professional level of English and Spanish to be considered for this job. This is a relocation job, this job is in the UK with full relocation costs paid by employer.This is a well paid job and comes with great benefits. Wages are USD$136,000 to USD$148,000 annually. This position is based in the United Kingdom. Successful candidates will be required to relocate. All relocation-related expenses will be fully covered by the employer. You need to be fluent in Spanish and English and would like to live and work in the United Kingdom under a work visa. We are looking for experienced supervisors who can manage and coordinate teams of welders on major industrial projects across the United Kingdom. Candidates must speak both Spanish and English to communicate effectively with local teams, project managers, and international personnel on site. Strict requirements apply. To be shortlisted and invited for an interview, you must meet all the criteria below.This position requires highly skilled and experienced supervisors with expertise in managing projects that have pipework welding and pipefitting. You must:Be fluent in Spanish and English.Be proficient in managing workers that will be doing stick welding and TIG welding and installation of piping.Have proven experience supervising/managing welding teams.Have at least five years of experience in the industrial sector.Have experience working on large-scale industrial projects.Be able to manage multicultural teams and work effectively under pressure.Have a clean criminal record and be able to provide a police clearance or certificate of good conduct.Provide copies of relevant training certificates and qualifications.Provide an up-to-date CV in a digital, non-scanned format.Our client operates across several sectors, including oil and gas, construction, and nuclear energy. You will work on the largest energy projects in the UK.Main responsibilities include supervising and coordinating welding teams on site, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and quality standards, reading and interpreting technical drawings, welding symbols, and specifications, monitoring the quality of completed work and carrying out the necessary inspections, organizing work activities and assigning tasks to team members, monitoring progress to ensure that project deadlines are met, supervising, training, and supporting less-experienced welders, communicating daily with project managers and operational teams, participating in technical and safety meetings, and maintaining accurate records of completed work, materials used, and hours worked.Required qualifications and skills include proven experience in managing people in an industrial environment, strong knowledge of pipework installation, equipment, and safety standards, the ability to manage teams and coordinate activities on site, experience working with different materials, including stainless steel, aluminium, and carbon steel, excellent communication and leadership skills, strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, and flexibility to work different schedules and travel between project sites.Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory for this position.Employment conditions and benefits include a competitive salary in the United Kingdom, visa costs covered by the employer, travel to the United Kingdom paid for by the employer, accommodation provided during the first week, housing allowance provided thereafter, and additional benefits.Candidates must be able to speak both Spanish and English to be considered for this position.
