Job description
Southern Perfection Fabrication in Byron, GA is seeking a capable leader to guide a welding team in a fast-paced, one-roof shop that has built custom metal since 1982. You will lead and pace welders, set up MIG welds and FANUC robotic cells, read blueprints and weld symbols, and ensure weld quality.
This is a full-time, direct-hire role with overtime. Shifts include four 10-hour days Monday–Thursday, plus Friday–Sunday weekend shifts and night options.
