What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair well systems, including pumps, pressure tanks, and piping
Perform preventive maintenance and replace worn components
Install new systems for homes, farms, and businesses
Test water quality and recommend treatment solutions
Interact with customers and explain solutions clearly
Maintain and restock the work truck with necessary tools and parts
Travel within a 90-minute radius of Denver, PA
Work 45-50 hours per week with on-call rotation every 4-5 weekends
We're Looking For
General Labor Experience: At least 1 year (construction, landscaping, or maintenance) – plumbing/electrical is a plus
Teachable & Driven: Eager to learn and follow directions
Detail-Oriented: Keeps work areas clean and organized
Dependable & Trustworthy: Provides honest repair assessments
Great Communicator: Comfortable interacting with customers and coworkers
Physically Capable: Able to lift 75 lbs., kneel, and work in various weather conditions
Tech-Savvy: Uses mobile apps and tools for job tracking
Compensation & Benefits
$20-25/hour (based on experience)
