nWHAT YOU’LL DO
nEssential Functions (80%):
nBeverage & Food Preparation (30%)
nMake and serve juices, smoothies, mocktails, and grab-and-go items
nEnsure all products meet quality and presentation standards
nInventory Management (15%)
nMonitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
nTrack usage and minimize waste
nCleanliness & Safety (15%)
nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
nFollow and enforce food safety and sanitation protocols
nStaff Training & Leadership (15%)
nTrain, schedule, and lead Grab & Go department.
nModel best practices and support team development
nMenu Innovation (10%)
nPrep & learn new Grab & Go options.
nStay current with wellness and nutrition trends.
nCustomer Engagement & Education (15%)
nEngage with customers, answer questions, and provide education about menu items and health benefits
nOffer samples and drive customer loyalty
nNon-Essential Functions (20%):
nAssist with events or special promotions
nSupport additional retail operations as assigned
nQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
nMinimum Requirements:
nHigh school diploma or equivalent
n1+ year experience in juice bar, café, or food service
nStrong knowledge of nutrition, wellness, and food safety
nExperience training or leading staff
nAbility to follow and develop recipes
nExcellent organizational and communication skills
nFlexible schedule, including weekends or evenings as needed
nPreferred Qualifications:
nExperience with menu development or product innovation
nFood safety certification a plus
