As a Wellness Associate, you're not just working the floor, you're guiding, motivating, and supporting members on their health journey.

What You'll Be Doing:
Connect with members on the wellness floor and build genuine relationships
Help members feel comfortable and confident using fitness equipment
Provide basic wellness guidance and recommend programs based on goals
Lead orientations like EGYM and introduce members to available resources
Motivate and encourage members to stay consistent and reach their goals
Give tours to potential members and share the YMCA's impact and mission
Keep the fitness area clean, organized, and safe for everyone
Monitor equipment and report any issues or safety concerns
Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow safety procedures

Be reliable with scheduling and communication
Complete all required training within 30 days of hire
