Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Wellness
nLocation: Coachella Valley, CA
nSpecialty: Family Medicine or Adult Medicine

nRequirements:
nnNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
n3+ years in urgent/primary care; senior care experience preferred.
nWillingness to work across specified locations.
nSpanish language proficiency and NextGen EMR experience are a plus.
n nCompensation & Benefits:
nn$141,440 base salary with up to $30,000 bonus potential.
