Job description
Midlothian Family YMCA Wellness Coach
The Midlothian Family YMCA is seeking friendly, dependable individuals with a passion for wellness to join our team as part-time Wellness Coaches. Pay range for this position is $15-$17 per hour.
Current staffing need:
Monday–Friday: 5:00 AM–9:00 AM opening shift (a few days per week)
Requirements:
Ability to work at least two weekend shifts per month
Flexibility for rotating coverage
Availability to work some holidays

Duties of a Wellness Coach:
Wellness coaches will build relationships with members, provide equipment orientations, clean equipment, and assist members on the wellness floor.
Qualifications of a Wellness Coach:
Wellness coaches must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and have current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications. If not currently certified, we will certify you! We are eagerly looking for candidates who have a background in wellness.
