Wellness CoordinatorFront Office | Patient Experience | GrowthLocation: Atlanta, GA Pay: Starting at $17/hour + performance bonuses | Earning potential up to $25/hourCome Grow With Us!We're looking for an energetic, people-loving Wellness Coordinator to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic!This is not your typical front desk job.Our Wellness Coordinators are referred to as our Office Managers and are the heartbeat of our clinics. You're often the first smile a patient sees, the person who helps them understand their options, and an important part of creating an experience that makes people want to come back- and tell their friends and family about us.If you love people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working toward goals, and want to be part of a team that is passionate about helping people live healthier lives, you may be exactly who we're looking for.What You'll DoAs a Wellness Coordinator, you'll help create an exceptional experience from the moment a patient walks through our doors.You will:Greet every patient with warmth, energy, and genuine careHelp new patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and confident in choosing our clinicEducate patients on our wellness plans, packages, and membership optionsConfidently communicate the value of ongoing chiropractic careSupport clinic goals for new patients, memberships, retention, and growthCheck patients in, process payments, answer phones, and maintain accurate patient informationBuild relationships with patients and help keep them engaged in their carePartner closely with our doctors to create a seamless patient experienceAsk for referrals and help more people in our community discover chiropracticKeep the clinic clean, organized, professional, and ready for patientsParticipate in community outreach and local marketing effortsJump in, help your teammates, and take ownership when something needs to get doneWhat Success Looks Like HereOur strongest Wellness Coordinators don't simply "work the front desk."
