StoryPoint is seeking a Wellness Director to oversee clinical resident care services, driving 1440 care standards, optimizing performance, and strengthening employee connections within our community.
The role requires LPN/RN licensure in the state, CDP certification within 90 days, and preferred Assisted Living/Memory Care experience with proven leadership and revenue management abilities.
