Job description
The Hearth at Greenpoint Liverpool, NY is seeking a Director of Nursing (RN or LPN) to lead the Wellness Department in an 186-bed community. You will partner with the Executive Director to ensure regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and resident-centered care.
You will oversee staffing, manage performance, and lead QA initiatives while maintaining on-call coverage and a strong operational mindset across departments.
