Job description
Allure HCS in Lake County, IL, is seeking a Wellness Director to lead its nursing and wellness department in a supportive living community. RN or LPN licensure is required or preferred, with a hands-on leadership approach to resident care and clinical supervision.
You will oversee assessments, care plans, medication management, and compliance with Illinois Supportive Living Program regulations while coordinating with physicians, families, and outside providers. On-call rotation included.
