Job description
Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a Wellness Manager to join our clinical leadership team. You will oversee a 48-bed Assisted Living neighborhood, delivering safe, person-centered care while mentoring nursing staff and leading clinical services.
As a hands-on leader, you will coordinate, implement and evaluate care plans, collaborate with AL/Mem Care teams, and ensure adherence to state regulations.
