Job description
Paycom seeks an experienced staff member to lead group activities in a nonprofit social services setting in Monroe, GA. The role focuses on developing clients’ living, learning, social and work skills through structured, curriculum-based groups.
Under supervision, you will assist clients with Wellness Recovery Action Plans, crisis awareness, and progress tracking while coordinating with the team to meet treatment goals and community involvement opportunities.
