Assistant Spa ManagerAbout OjaOja is a boutique wellness spa on James Island offering contrast circuit therapy, massage, fitness training, yoga & fitness classes, red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and yoga therapy . We're looking for an Assistant Manager who keeps the day running beautifully.
The RoleYou'll support the Spa Manager and lead the day-to-day flow of the spa, making sure every guest has a calm, polished experience and every shift runs smoothly.
What You'll DoOpen and close the spa and oversee daily operations
Lead and schedule the front desk and support team
Keep the spa spotless, stocked, and organized
Handle guest questions and concerns with care
Support retail sales, rebooking, and memberships
Step in at the front desk or back of house whenever needed
Keep the Spa Manager informed and help carry out Oja's goals
Who You AreSupervisory or leadership experience in a spa, hospitality, or retail setting
Clean, organized, and detail-oriented
An early riser who's dependable and on time
A great communicator with guests and teammates
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Level-headed and calm under pressure
Kind and supportive with staff while keeping clear professional boundaries
Cares about high-quality guest experiences and loves the work
Available for weekends and holidays when needed
Pay & Perks$52,000–$55,000 per year based on experience, plus bonuses
