Job description
Wellness AssociateWhat you're great at:Discovering customer needs and providing service in a prompt and courteous manner.Providing a rewarding shopping experience with accurate labeling of product shelf tags, price stickers and/or signs.Ability to ensure that displays, aisles and storage areas are clean and in orderly condition.Effectively managing inventory by pulling back stock and re-pricing of goods, while processing new product deliveries.Sharing your working knowledge of wellness offerings and trends.Excellent interpersonal skills.A day in the life:Provides support in the supplement area by pulling back stock, re-pricing of goods and works on inventory projects.Hangs signs and shelf tags, checking that items are ringing correctly.Ensures that Wellness displays, aisles and storage areas are clean and in orderly condition.Ensure accurate, up-to-date labeling (or shelf tags) for department items.Watch for inventory that is not moving, overstocked or in danger of going out of code and alert department manager.New Morning Market supports our staff by providing a full suite of competitive benefits, including:Independently owned businessCompetitive wagesFlexible schedules25% discount for full-time employees401(k) plan with a company matchBenefit plan including health insurance, dental & vision insuranceRequirementsMust be available to work weekends!
