What You’ll Do as a Talented Shift Leader
Lead shifts and keep your team motivated and on track
Deliver excellent guest service , even during busy hours
Train and coach new crew members to succeed
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
Support the General Manager with daily operations
What You’ll Need to Succeed
2+ years of leadership experience in QSR industry
2+ years of experience in QSR industry
High school diploma or GED
A hands‑on, team‑first attitude
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
Flexible availability , including evenings and weekends
