Job description
Hours: Opening Shifts/Mid-Day Shifts/Closing Shifts/Weekends
Starting Pay: $17.00/hour

Enforce Wendy's standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
Train, coach, and develop team members for success
Manage food safety, inventory, and labor efficiency
Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years of age
Minimum of 1 year of shift management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods of time without a break
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
