Job description
Merz North America, Inc. is seeking a Director of Capital Sales - West to lead 7 CTMs and 2 CSSs across the Western United States. This role owns the regional sales strategy, accounts for the P&L, and drives revenue growth in capital equipment like Ultherapy Prime.
You will recruit, coach, and develop field teams, align pricing strategies with the East region, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to maximize customer value and ensure strong execution.
