Job description
Enable Dental seeks a West Coast Clinical Director to lead dental providers across PACE, SNF, ALF, and IDD sites. The role reports to the Chief Clinical Officer and requires California licensure with regional expansion into surrounding states.
You will supervise clinicians, ensure quality, and drive program partnerships while traveling regionally 25–35 percent. You will maintain clinical standards, mentor providers, and contribute to policy and performance metrics.
