Job description
Elementia is seeking a Director of Sales for the West to lead the regional sales strategy across distribution channels and national accounts. The role directs field teams, negotiates pricing, and partners with product, operations, and marketing to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in building materials sales leadership, strong financial acumen, and excellent stakeholder management. Travel across multiple western markets is required.
