Job description
Thatch Health is seeking a Regional Director, Mid-Market West, to lead a team of Account Executives across the West Coast and drive regional revenue goals. You will coordinate with Brokers, Solutions, Implementation, and Product to execute a scalable sales strategy.
The role targets multi-million ARR, broker relationships, and developing AEs into top performers while enabling cross-functional collaboration to unblock deals and refine GTM plans. Remote US location with travel as needed.
