Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a Regional Vice President of Employee Benefits Operations to lead the West Coast regional operations and oversee processes to deliver exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will be California-based with travel to regional offices as needed.
The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of optimizing operational performance within an agency environment. A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ experience are expected.
