Job description
Splan Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales – West for a remote US-based role. You will drive PIAM, Visitor Management, and workforce identity revenue across the assigned territory, engaging security, IAM, IT, HR, and facilities leaders to build business cases and close strategic enterprise opportunities.
The role requires deep experience selling complex identity and access solutions with executive-level stakeholders, strong pipeline development, and the ability to travel as needed.
