Job description
Upwind Security is seeking a Regional Sales Director, Enterprise - West in San Francisco to build and scale a high-performing Enterprise Account Executives team across the West region. You will develop regional sales strategies, drive pipeline, and close strategic enterprise deals with C-level stakeholders.
You will mentor and coach AEs, collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, CS, and Channel teams, and maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.
