Job description
Elastic is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead our Enterprise team across the West region. You will drive logo growth by implementing a repeatable GTM motion and mentoring Enterprise account executives to exceed bookings targets.
You will develop deep knowledge of our platform, messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape while shaping sales plans, compensation, and segmentation. Travel will be required to close deals and support the team.
