Job description
Extended Stay America is seeking a hotel operations leader in the West/Mid‑West United States (Illinois, Phoenix) to drive guest satisfaction and overall experience. You will lead associates, manage labor and budgeting, recruit staff, and ensure adherence to ESA brand standards across the property.
This role requires a minimum of three years in hospitality management, a valid driver's license, and strong leadership skills.
