Job description
The FCA Director at West Point leads a strategic ministry aligned with USMA, growing the program by praying, staffing, and funding across Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International lanes. Working with the Regional VP, staff, and boards, the Director crafts and executes a plan that advances FCA's vision on campus and within the Army community.
