Job description
Jacobs is seeking a West Region Director of Growth & Sales for North America to drive regional revenue growth across the Energy & Power market segment. You will lead relationships with utilities, municipalities, EPCs and developers, guide bid strategy and ensure profitable outcomes.
You will build a robust sales pipeline, manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity development to contract negotiations, and align cross-functional teams to win high-value work while expanding Jacobs’ market
