Job description
Four Seasons RN – Clinical Team Leader oversees hospice/palliative care services, and leads the Interdisciplinary Group to ensure coordinated care and high-quality outcomes for patients and families.
The role requires a BSN, 3 years of clinical nursing experience, and 2 years in leadership/management with strong teamwork and communication skills; schedule is primarily weekday with some weekend coverage as needed.
