Job description
Genmab is seeking a West Regional Business Director to lead an Oncology Account Manager team across AK, WA, OR, CA, and HI. You will drive regional sales plans, recruit and develop top talent, and execute value-based selling with strong collaboration with partners and key accounts.
The role requires 8+ years in pharma/biotech sales with 3+ years in leadership, preferably in Gynecologic Oncology, and a proven track record launching Oncology products.
