Job description
Ipsen in the United States seeks a Regional Business Director to build the West oncology sales organization, develop the regional business plan, and implement national sales strategies ensuring compliance with Ipsen policies.
You will lead 8-10 oncology sales representatives across WA, OR, CA, and NV, forge relationships with key customers and KOLs, and use analytics to drive actions that meet or exceed regional goals.
