Job description
Amgen seeks a Regional Sales Director for UPLIZNA IgG4-RD in the West Region. You will lead the regional sales organization, translate brand strategy into execution, and drive performance through a high-performing team.
You will develop District Managers, ensure compliant operations, and collaborate across Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services and Medical to meet regional objectives. Strong leadership and biotech/pharma commercial experience are essential.
