Job description
Genmab is seeking a West Regional Business Director to lead Gynecologic Oncology sales across AK, WA, OR, CA, and HI. You will recruit, hire, develop, and coach Oncology Account Managers, align regional plans with national strategies, and drive compliant, patient-first outcomes.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in pharma/biotech sales and 3+ years in leadership, preferably in Gynecologic Oncology. Travel is expected; competitive salary bands apply.
