Job description
Ipsen seeks a Regional Business Director, Oncology, West to lead the West region oncology sales force, including WA, OR, CA, and NV. You will build the regional business plan, align field activities with national strategy, and manage a budget and a team of 8-10 reps, while ensuring compliance with Ipsen policies.
You will establish key accounts and relationships with payers and KOLs, drive access strategies, and coordinate with Value & Access teams to optimize brand performance.
