Job description
GLS is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the West region, including California, to drive sales growth through leadership of Area Sales Managers and Independent Sales Agents. You will establish strategic initiatives, recruit and coach managers, and build dealer relationships to position GLS as a leading auto financing provider.
The role requires a bachelor's degree, 5 years in auto sales, and travel up to 75%. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
